- open, operate, or maintain an account in a name other than your own, on behalf of an undisclosed beneficial owner, or in circumvention of any prior suspension or termination decision communicated by IronXLedger;
- provide any false, forged, manipulated, or materially misleading information to IronXLedger, whether at onboarding, in periodic refresh, or in support of any transaction;
- employ any automated means, including without limitation any robot, scraper, or headless browser, to extract market data, simulate volume, or generate activity, save where expressly authorised in writing by IronXLedger;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any IronXLedger system, breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, save in strict accordance with our published responsible-disclosure process;
- transmit any content or instruction containing malicious code, including without limitation any virus, worm, ransomware, or denial-of-service payload;
- use the Platform to engage in any form of harassment, intimidation, defamation, hate speech, or unlawful surveillance directed at IronXLedger personnel, other Clients, or any third party;
- interact with addresses, contracts, or counter-parties known or reasonably suspected to be associated with sanctioned persons, mixers, dark-market venues, ransomware operators, or stolen funds.
3. Enforcement
Breach of this Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service and may, at the sole discretion of IronXLedger, result in the suspension or termination of access, the freezing of balances, the rejection of any pending transaction, the disclosure of information to competent authorities, and the pursuit of civil or criminal remedies.
4. Reporting
Suspected breach of this Policy by another Client, or by any third party purporting to act in the name of IronXLedger, should be reported without delay to support@ironxledger.com with the subject line marked ABUSE REPORT.
